About
A small shop that only works with roofers
Based in Austin. New, and founder-led. The person who sells you on it is the person who does or checks the work.
Who's behind it
Sold Squares is run by Bill Eisenhauer in Austin. He's been building software since 1981, and he built RooferMatch, the homeowner roofing advisor. He isn't a roofer, and this site won't pretend he is. The roofing side comes from owners' own words, trade sources and Texas law, and every client's first job is teaching us their towns.
The name comes from how roofers keep score. A good month is measured in squares sold, not clicks, rankings or impressions, so that's what we measure too: booked inspections and signed jobs, by source, from your own CRM.
Because he writes software, the agency runs on its own tools rather than a resold dashboard: the weekly map grid, hail alerts from NOAA radar, verified rep pages and the door-knock ledger, and the daily checks that email you when something breaks. They're built for roofers and nobody else.
Reach him at hello@soldsquares.com. The free audit is a call with him, not a salesperson.
Why only roofers
Because a roofing shop runs on things a general agency doesn't know: squares and tear-offs, storm months versus slow months, adjusters, and the fact that the first roofer to call back usually gets the job. One trade means we learn it once and don't have to fake it.
What we hold ourselves to
- We count booked inspections, by rules you agree to, and show you the formula.
- You own your listing, domain, site and numbers.
- One roofer per home area, and never two clients on the same storm street or the same search.
- No fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed names, no fake addresses, no storm-chaser language.
- When something doesn't work, the report says so.
What "new" means here
No client results yet. When our founding clients hit month 6, we'll publish their numbers here, all of them.
Who covers when he's out
Founder-led means one person does or checks the work, which is why founding spots are capped. Tracking, review asks and after-hours coverage run on their own, so nothing stops if he's out for a week. A storm week is planned ahead, not handled on the fly. If you need a team with a named backup for every role, we'll tell you we're not your fit yet.
Free audit
See where your calls come from.
A free 30-minute call audit: where you show up on the map, what your listing and site get wrong, and two test calls to your own line. You keep the written audit whether you hire us or not.
