What RooferMatch is
A roofing advisor for homeowners, built as a ChatGPT plugin. OpenAI approved it for ChatGPT in October 2026. It's starting in Austin.
A homeowner asks about a leak or a hail claim and gets guidance first: how urgent it looks, a cost range, what to check. At the end, they can pick one to three member roofers by name and ask for a quote. They confirm by email before any roofer gets their details.
How roofers pay
Per delivered request, credited if it's bad: wrong area, bad number, duplicate. Never for rank. The order comes from fit and how fast roofers respond.
The wall
The rules
- No ranking edge. Sold Squares clients rank in RooferMatch by the same rules as every other roofer.
- No bundling. Joining RooferMatch isn't part of any Sold Squares plan, and Sold Squares isn't part of RooferMatch.
- No data crossing. RooferMatch homeowner requests never feed a Sold Squares client's marketing, and Sold Squares client data never feeds RooferMatch's order.
- No steering. We don't push homeowners from RooferMatch to a Sold Squares client, or from your listing to RooferMatch.
- Your competitors can join. Sold Squares takes one roofer per home area. RooferMatch is open to any roofer who meets its requirements.

You'd find out anyway, and you'd wonder. A roofer paying us for AI answers deserves to know we also run something that shows up in ChatGPT. Now you know the rules. If we break one, fire us.

Yes, since March 2026. RooferMatch would compete with it. The difference is how roofers pay: per delivered request, never for rank, and the homeowner picks you by name.
