Referral partners
Send us a roofer. We'll treat them right.
You already work with roofers who need more booked inspections and a straight answer about where their calls come from. Here's how referring them works.
Who this is for
- CRM and software consultants (AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr and the like)
- Bookkeepers and accountants who work with contractors
- Web designers
- Business coaches for trades
- Gutter, solar and window companies that work alongside roofers
How it works
- Step 1
Send us the roofer's name and a line about why you think it's a fit.
- Step 2
We offer them the free call audit. No pressure, and they keep it either way.
- Step 3
If they sign, you get 10% of their monthly fees for their first 12 months, paid monthly while they stay. The first payment goes out after their second month, so a roofer who leaves in month one doesn't cost either of us.
We tell the roofer you're paid for the referral. It's the right thing to do, and they'd figure it out. If you recommend us to a group, the FTC asks you to say you're paid, right next to the recommendation.
Already a client? Refer a roofer outside your home area and get a month's credit when they sign. We never take a second roofer based in your home area, so you can't refer yourself a competitor.
Coaching groups and CRM consultants: we'll set up a page for your members with their own terms, like setup waived. Ask.
Before you send someone
- One roofer per home area. If a client's home area already covers their office, we'll say so and still send the audit.
- Web designers: we work on your client's existing site if we can. We're not after your build work.
- We only take residential roofers. Commercial-only shops aren't a fit.
- Not insurance agents or adjusters. Texas limits referral payments around insurance, so we don't pay them.
