Pricing
Flat fees. Public prices. No percentage of ad spend.
You shouldn't need a sales call to find out what something costs. Every plan includes call tracking and the monthly report.
DraftThese prices are drafts and aren't final. Nothing here is a quote yet.
The three plans
Maps
Most roofers doing about $500K to $1.5M a year
Your Google listing and the other maps, reviews, listings and links, with tracking and the monthly report.
$1,500/mo

Maps and site
Most roofers doing about $1M to $3M a year
Everything in Maps, plus town pages, service pages, storm pages and a site that loads fast on a phone.
$2,750/mo
- Months 1–6
- $2,750/mo
- Month 7 on
- $1,250/mo
- Founding
- $2,000, then $900 to month 24

Ads management
Roofers spending about $2,000 or more a month on Google
Google Ads, including Local Services Ads as they move into Performance Max. A flat fee by spend band, never a percentage.
From $500/mo
- Every month
- by spend band
- Setup, once
- $500
- Call tracking and the monthly report
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads
- A storm surge plan you approve ahead of time
- Missed-call text-back and after-hours setup, because we won't run ads into voicemail
- Ad spend paid by you, straight to Google
It buys tracking installed, numbers set up in your name, missed-call text-back and after-hours coverage running, review requests going out, your CRM connected, and your Google listing cleaned up. You keep all of it, even if you leave in month 2. The call-tracking software is billed to you by the provider, usually $50 to $150 a month for a roofing shop. It's the one cost that isn't on our invoice, and the account is yours. If tracking isn't live and your first report isn't in your inbox by day 45, we refund the setup fee.
Add-ons
On any plan, or on their own
Door-knock ledger: $400/mo
A verified page for every rep, a QR code for every print run, and a monthly ledger of what each rep and batch booked, next to every other source. Up to 10 reps.
Rep tracked numbers are about $3 each a month, billed to you by the call-tracking provider.
The bands under each plan are a guide, not a rule. If Maps and site would cost more than about 5% of what you bring in a year, start with Maps.
Ads management
A flat fee, never a percentage
| Your monthly ad spend | Our flat fee |
|---|---|
| Up to $5,000 | $500/mo |
| $5,000 to $15,000 | $900/mo |
| $15,000 to $40,000 | $1,500/mo |
| Over $40,000 | We'll talk |
Ad spend goes straight to Google on your card. It never passes through us. If your spend sits in a higher band for two months, the fee moves at the next invoice. No ad-spend minimum, but if your budget's too small to learn anything from, we'll tell you before you spend it.
Local Services Ads are moving
Where you stand, and what to do
- The badge changed. The old Guaranteed and Screened badges are gone. It's one "Google Verified" badge now, and Google's money-back guarantee for homeowners has ended.
- The move started in August 2026. Local Services Ads are becoming a Performance Max campaign inside Google Ads that pays per lead. Roofers were in the first wave. Service-area roofers without a storefront may move later in 2026.
- Check where your account is. If you now see a Performance Max campaign for local services in your Google Ads account, you've moved. If your Local Services dashboard still runs as before, you haven't yet. The free audit checks it for you.
- Not moved yet? Download your old LSA lead reports now. They don't come along.
- Already moved? Manual bidding is gone and budgets are daily. Give the new campaign its own tracked number, so you can compare its cost per booked inspection with what LSA used to cost.
We'll set up the new campaign, give it its own tracked number, and keep counting inspections the same way, so you can compare before and after.
Founding clients
Founding terms for the first 5 roofers
We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend. The first 5 roofers, one per home area, get:
- The founding prices above, locked for the first 24 months: the lower build price for months 1 to 6, then the lower upkeep price to month 24. After that, the standard upkeep price.
- Everything in the standard plan, nothing held back
In exchange:
- At month 6 we publish your real numbers, named or anonymous, your choice. We publish every founding client's numbers, not the best ones.
- A 20-minute call each month to tell us what's working and what isn't.
5 spots, because the founder does or reviews every piece of the work. When they're gone, the founding price is gone.
Do the math
What it takes to pay for itself
Put in your own job size. Year one counts the setup, six months of the build and six months of upkeep.
- Year one, all in
- Gross profit per signed job
- Extra signed jobs to cover it
- Extra booked inspections a month
Ads management is priced by your ad spend, so add your spend and its fee on top of either plan.
Bigger shops and big metros
If you run six crews in DFW
- More towns. Maps and site covers 8 towns. Each town past that is $150/mo, so a 14-town shop adds six.
- Your call tracking. Already on CallRail? We use your account and numbers, add the sources that are missing, and keep your history. How that works.
- Your marketing coordinator. We work with them, not around them: they get the same report and the same logins, and we agree who does what in writing.
- One office, a big metro. The map works near your shop. Town pages and ads carry the towns farther out, and the report splits them so you can see which is working.
Sold Squares is founder-led. If you need a team with a named backup for every role today, we're probably not your fit yet, and we'd rather say so before you sign.
Territory, in writing
What "your area" means
Your agreement lists your home area, and says how storm and ad work is shared. The short version: the map work around your office is yours alone, and the work that travels is never doubled.
- Your home area is what your plan covers: the 8 towns around your office, plus any you add at $150/mo each. While you're with us, we don't do map, town-page or AI-answer work for another residential roofer based in it. A town listed on your Google profile isn't in your area until it's in your plan.
- One metro per area. Work Austin and DFW, and DFW is a second area. An Austin office won't show up on the map in Frisco, so it needs its own plan, and we'll tell you whether it's worth it.
- In a metro, it's a list of ZIP codes. In DFW that might be the ZIPs around Frisco, Plano and McKinney, not "Dallas." Overlaps with another roofer are settled before anyone signs.
- Out in the country, it's your list of towns, however spread out. Four Hill Country towns 50 miles apart can be one area.
- Storm streets are never doubled. After a storm, each street on a rep list goes to one client. Inside your home area, the streets are yours. Outside it, they go to the client whose office is closest.
- Ads are never doubled. We don't run two clients' ads on the same searches in the same ZIP codes, so you never bid against another client through us. In your home area, you get first claim.
- If you leave, what we built stays yours, and we don't reuse it for the next roofer.
Already have an agency?
Switching without losing your numbers
Most roofers with a few hundred reviews have been sold marketing before. Some of it worked. Before you give anyone notice, find out what you own.
- Run the account list. Our handover checklist asks who holds your Google listing, domain, website, ad accounts and tracked numbers. Ten minutes, and it stays in your browser.
- Check the phone numbers. The number on your Google listing or website may belong to the agency's call-tracking account. If it does, it can leave with them. Ask them to move it into an account in your name before anything else changes.
- Get owner access in writing. You should be the primary owner on your Google listing and an admin on your ad account, website and analytics. Ask for access, not passwords.
- Then decide. The free audit doesn't need logins, so you can see it before you tell anyone anything.
If you switch to us
What we keep, what we change
- We keep what's working. Pages that bring calls, reviews, photos and the tracking history all stay. We don't rebuild a site to have something to bill for.
- We overlap, not cut over. Your old numbers keep ringing while the new ones go live, so no call drops on the switch.
- We don't trash your old agency. The audit shows what's there. You can decide what it means.
If your agency is booking you inspections at a cost you're happy with, keep them. The audit will say so.
Terms, in plain English
No contract to get out of
- Month to month from day one. 30 days' notice, any time.
- The six-month plan is the order we work in. It isn't a contract term.
- Setup refund. No tracking and no first report by day 45, the setup fee comes back.
- Work credit. Every month has a written checklist. If we don't finish it, we credit that month's fee, once you've given us the access we asked for.
- Yours from day one: Google listing, domain, site files, ad accounts and tracking numbers.
- If you leave: within 7 days of your last month, we remove our own logins, send you the account list with every number and where it rings, and hand over the counting rules. Nothing needs porting, because the numbers were in your name the whole time.
- Your home area, in writing. See "What your area means," above.
After month 6
Keep the spot, or take it in-house
Keep the spot: Maps $750/mo ($500 at founding, to month 24); Maps and site $1,250/mo ($900 at founding, to month 24). Tracking, the report, reviews, listings, links and fixes.
Or take it in-house. We hand over the checklist, the counting rules and notes on what worked. The logins are already yours.
Ask any agency these
The questions you should ask, answered
Or see how roofing agencies' published terms compare side by side.
Can I call some of your clients?
Not yet. We're new. Once founding clients agree to it, yes. Until then, talk to the founder directly (the free audit is a call with him), and check what we tell you against what the audit finds.
Which number goes on my Google listing?
A tracked number goes on as the listing's primary phone, so its calls are counted. Your main number stays on the listing as the additional phone, and on your trucks and signs. Nothing you already printed stops working.
We already use CallRail. Do you replace it?
No. We work inside your CallRail account, keep your numbers and your history, and add the sources that are missing. The account stays in your name. How that works.
What do clicks and leads cost in my city?
The audit pulls it for your towns, not a national average. For a sense of Austin: "roof repair austin" ran about $26 a click and "roofing company austin" about $35 in October 2026, per DataForSEO.
Who are my top competitors, and how does the season hit me?
The audit names the roofers ahead of you on the map grid and shows your busy and slow months from your own calls.
Who owns the pages, data and logins?
You do, from day one.
Is there a contract? A guarantee? Hidden fees? What if I leave at 90 days?
No contract. There's the setup refund and the work credit, above. Every fee we charge is on this page. The one outside cost is the call-tracking software, billed to you by the provider. Leave at 90 days with 30 days' notice and you keep everything.
I have an agency now. Do I fire them first?
No. Find out what you own first, especially the phone numbers on your listing and site. The free audit needs no logins. How switching works.
I also do siding, windows and gutters. Is that covered?
Roofing is what we build the plan around: the map, town pages and ads aim at roofing work. Your other services stay on your listing and site, kept accurate, and their calls are tracked and reported on their own line. If you want pages or ads for siding or windows, we'll price it separately before we do it.
Can I see a sample report? Are calls recorded? Can I hear them?
Yes, yes and yes. See the report.
What happens in weeks 1 to 4?
Week 1: kickoff call and one list of logins we need. Week 2: tracking live and the counting rules written with you. Weeks 3 and 4: calls tracked, listing cleanup, and your first report at month end.
Will you pressure me to sign today?
No. Founding spots are limited, but we'll never ask you to sign on the call.
Why not a percentage of ad spend?
Because then we'd make more by getting you to spend more. A flat fee means we don't care how much you spend, only what each inspection costs.
Can I do ads only?
Yes. Ads management comes with tracking and the report, because we won't run ads we can't count.
Why a setup fee if there's no contract?
Month 1 is the heaviest: tracking, numbers, missed-call text-back, after-hours coverage, review requests, CRM and listing cleanup. The fee pays for that once, and you keep the result whether you stay or not.
How do you compare with other roofing agencies?
We put the terms side by side, from each agency's own published pages: price, contract, who holds the phone numbers, who owns the site, and how you leave. See the comparison.
Free audit
See where your calls come from.
A free 30-minute call audit: where you show up on the map, what your listing and site get wrong, and two test calls to your own line. You keep the written audit whether you hire us or not.
