The free tools
The calculator, profile check, llms.txt builder and AI answer check run in your browser. What you type is saved in your own browser's storage, so it's there when you come back, and it never reaches us. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.
The audit form
When you ask for an audit, we get what you put in the form: your name, company, mobile number, towns and the rest. We use it to do the audit and to call or text you about it. We don't sell it or share it, and we don't add you to a marketing list. Ask us to delete it any time at hello@soldsquares.com.
Call recordings and client data
- Where recordings live: in the call-tracking account in the client's name, not in an account we own.
- How long they're kept: the client sets it in that account. If nobody changes it, we recommend 12 months.
- Who listens: we listen to a sample each month to check the lead count, and to any call the client asks about. Nobody else.
- CRM records: we read the lead source and booking status. We don't export or keep customer lists.
- When the work ends: we're removed from the accounts, and the recordings and records stay with the client.
- The audit's test calls: if your line records, our two test calls may be recorded on your side. We don't record them on ours.
Logins we're given are kept in a password manager and removed when the work ends.
